Merry Christmas everybody! Today, I’m going to be listing some of the books I’m hoping to unwrap today (though I’m not actually sure if I’m getting any of them!), as part of Top Ten Tuesday. Onto the post!
By Your Side– I had a few Kasie West books on my list, but this is the one I want most. I really want to read all of her romances (especially after enjoying On the Fence so much during November) but this one sounds especially fabulous since it is set in a library.
Wild Beauty– I didn’t love Blanca y Roja (which is by the same author as this) quite as much as I’d thought I would, but I did still enjoy it and I definitely want to read more by Anna Marie McLemore. This one sounds the most intriguing in terms of plot, but the others have amazing concepts too, and I just hope/think I’ll like them.
Magical Masquerade– this is a self-published book, and it sounds amazing. I can’t remember where I heard about it (though I have a feeling it may have been from Christina), but it sounds like such a great middle grade fantasy and I really want to get my hands on it.
The Confectioner’s Guild– I saw this mentioned in one of Sarah’s posts, and I’ve wanted to read it ever since. I typically love books that heavily feature food and love books that put a focus on chocolate, so I think I’d have a lot of fun reading this. The fantasy world sounds great too, and it sounds like a mystery plot, which appeals hugely to me as a fan of that genre.
From Twinkle, With Love– I thoroughly enjoyed When Dimple Met Rishi, and even though this hasn’t been quite so widely praised, I still want to give it a try and form my own opinion on it. Also, I love romantic comedy, whether in book, film or some other form, so I’m sure I’ll enjoy it to some extent at least, even if it doesn’t quite live up to the author’s debut

Kasie West’s books are like rays of sunshine. They’re just so sweet and easy to fall into. “By Your Side” is one I own, but haven’t read yet so hopefully I’ll remedy this in 2019. Still need to read both ‘Dimple’ and ‘Rishi’ too, but I love how fun and cute they sound and look. Happy reading. 🙂

I didn’t get them all, but I did get a few 😊. I knew it was you I’d heard about it from somehow! It was one of the ones I got, so I’ll hopefully be reading it this year x
